International School of Portland | Portland, OR | 2023 - present
As part of the Executive Committee and External Affairs Committee collaborating with the Head of School and other members of the senior leadership team (Enrollment, Development, Communications) to support the long term planning establishing and safeguarding the mission of International School of Portland for the long term.
Located just south of downtown Portland, the International School of Portland is the only school in the US offering Spanish, Japanese, or Mandarin from preschool through 5th grade under one roof. With small classes and international faculty, ISP is the Pacific Northwest's first International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP) school.

The B Corp Ambassadors are passionate B Corp leaders who are dedicated to growing the B Corp movement. As a volunteer position, the Ambassadors assist B Lab in recruiting and supporting prospective B Corps through the certification process to help to make the business case and break through barriers. As a community of committed leaders, the B Corp Ambassadors share best practices in North America.

Associates Program, Business for Culture & The Arts | Portland, OR | 2013 - 2014
Lead creation and launch of new Associates Program to engage a diverse group of 100 next generation professionals in an active manner with the arts community of greater Portland, Oregon. The primary goal is to build sustained support and knowledge of arts organizations by young up and coming leaders.

Portland Professional Chapter, Net Impact | Portland, OR | 2010 - 2014
Rebuilt chapter in a year by doubling membership, expanding leadership team, developing partnerships and creating new community impact programs. Served on national task forces to improve chapter leader relations. 2011 Conference Host Chapter; lead “Portland Impact” and “Welcome to Oregon” Launch Party committees. Gold Standing Chapter (2012).

Additionally, a Founding Member of Net Impact’s Professional Chapter Advisory Council, a global committee to provide guidance to the organization’s staff on engaging and growing professional chapters.

Advisory board to Oregon Environmental Council (oldest environmental organization in Oregon) focused on building relationships with future generations through engagement, fundraising, content and programs. As a founding member, helped create and guide the advisory board. Secretary (2010-2012).

Steering Committee
B the Change Oregon | Oregon | 2012 - 2013
Work closely with fellow Oregon Business Leaders and elected officials to pass House Bill 2296 creating “Benefit Companies” - a new sustainable business entity. Received the B Lab Collective Action Award for my leadership and collaboration in Oregon.


Additional volunteer work has been with the Board of Change (Vancouver, BC), Oregon League of Conservation Voters, The Bus Project, Northwest Earth Institute, Oregon Holocaust Resource Center and other organizations involved with creating positive change and impact for the world.
